You will learn how to cook the real Italian food such as pasta, pizza, risotto, meat and fish food and also desserts.

Italian culture course
You will learn everything about the old and recent Italian way of life, arts, music, movies, sports and literature.

Italian history course
You will learn about the long Italian history starting from the Roman empire ‘till nowadays.

Local cooking course
Puglia and in particular Gargano cooking is very special and particular and you will enjoy learning how to cook specialties such as orecchiette alle cime di rapa, zuppa di pesce, crustoli, paposcia and Rodi liqueur made with our genuine fruit such as limoncino, arancino, mandarino, zagara, nocino.

We will help you to find hotels, rooms or apartment, or referenced families where to stay. We will offer you the smaller prices you could find.
