Hello!
My name is Ilaria, I was born in a village near Vieste in Rodi Garganico. I love to study, in fact I have two university degrees (Communication Sciences and Political, Social and International Sciences), two master degrees (International Relations and Diplomatic Studies and Experts in Politics and International Relations), a PhD in History and DITALS II certificate in teaching Italian as L2.
My passion for learning is matched only by my passion for teaching. In the course of my career I taught Italian contemporary history at a university, I worked as assistant professor of history at LUMSA in Rome, I have taught history and law (European project) at a middle school in Carpino (Gargano) and also Italian as L2 to immigrants and foreign students in Brescia (Lombardy).
I firmly believe that teaching is a great opportunity to help others to develop their skills and achieve their goals. Putting the student, and not the teacher, at the center of the learning process means that I love my job and view it as a vocation rather than as a profession.
I have many other interests, such as music and sports, singing and dancing, spending time with friends and cooking for my family.
